Run O Fallon

WELCOME

A running group is starting in O'Fallon. We are meeting tomorrow and will start regularly meeting after that. It is for beginning runners or people getting back to running shape. We are starting out with the Couch to 5k training program. For more info there is a O Fallon Running group page you can check into. Run 2 times per week together, run a 3rd time per week on your own. Goal is to run some 5ks this spring/summer.
